The goal of the Service is to provide a platform that facilitates seamless transactions between martial arts students ("student") and martial arts schools ("school", "you", "your", "user").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We strive to simplify the process of collecting student membership fees for martial arts schools. Our goal is to make payment processing simple and transparent for you. Here's what you need to know about how we handle payments:
We serve as an intermediary, streamlining the payment process between your and your students. When students make payments for their membership fees through our platform, we ensure a smooth and secure transaction experience for all parties involved.
We currently partner with Stripe, a renowned payment processor. We also retain the flexibility to explore partnerships with other payment processors in the future in our pursuit of the best processing rates and speed.
Our aim is to offer an affordable solution. For each successful student payment, we charge a minimal fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents. This pricing ensures that you benefit from cost-effective membership fee collections.
In certain cases, we may introduce additional fees to cover the cost of maintaining and enhancing our services. These fees are intended to ensure the continued improvement and support of our platform, guaranteeing you access to high-quality functionality.
Students can make payments using various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other forms of electronic payment. We may partner with third-party payment processors to facilitate these transactions. Students are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment information.
Refunds for student membership fees will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We understand that unique situations may arise, and our commitment is to work with you to address them effectively.
In no event shall KsLab Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KsLab Inc. and its licensors. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
